Frequent Night Trips to the Loo!!!

Image result for night trips to the bathroom

Frequent trips to the loo at night are depriving millions of sleep.

Apparently around 5.7million working age adults go the loo at least twice at night - which is a condition known as nocturia.
You may also have an OSB (over active bladder)
Nocturia does not only impact sleep - but also your health, partner (if you share a bed), and your overall quality of life.
Causes can be various - ageing, hormonal changes, and prostate problems are a few.
People are recommended to drink less at night and steer clear of caffeine from midday. Maintaining a healthy weight is also important

There are medications too, so if you are worried about the amount of times you use the loo at night please go and speak to \a medical professional.
