We took a little break from this blog, to concentrate on finances, funding, courses, paperwork, etc.
However, we love this blog. This is here to show research and news - not to tell people what to do.
HMHB believes we have our own responsibility to look after our bodies and our health - through our routine, exercise, nutrition and actions. But it is good to hear about foods, medical research, fitness news, and anything else that can affect our behaviour. Then we can make our own minds up on what we should be doing.
We may put our own thoughts at the end of an entry, but really it is up to us as individuals to decide what we eat and drink, how much exercise we take and what exercise that is. It is up to us to look at our daily routine and any necessary changes that can give us the best opportunity of having a longer, happier, healthier life.
Many blogs preach and tell you what to do. Not us. That is why it is important to keep going.
From Jan 2020 we will make at least one daily entry. So please follow this blog, and we love likes and comments, and sharing.
